Assembly Team
We take primary schools on a journey through the Bible in a year using songs, drama, dressing up and puppets to bring the stories to life.
There are currently 3 teams, operating each Monday Thursday and Friday. The teams now visit around 10 schools regularly between them.
Schools visited in the last few years include:
Forefield Infants and Juniors, St. William of York, St. Edmund's, St. Luke's Halsall, Hatton Hill, Newfield, Streatham House, St. Johns Waterloo, St Nicholas' Blundellsands, Merchant Taylor's Junior Boys, St Mary's Crosby, Great Crosby, Stansfield, Thomas Gray, Valewood and Waterloo Primary.
The team is always open to new recruits or occasional helpers. The team have included some original music into their repertoire and a CD is now available along with a promotional DVD outlining their material.
DVDs are ready for circulation for schools and groups wanting to find out a bit more about what we do - footage includes example scripts and behind the scenes information.
