Productions 2012/13 (Hot off the press!!)

As you may know we try to hold at least one large event every year (last year we had 3!!!).

This year we are considering repeating either The Narnia Experience or The Greatest Story Ever Told.

This of course is dependent on lots of different things and nothing is definite yet, but to make either of them happen we will need LOTS of people to get involved and volunteer.

"Smiles are Superb"

Smiles are superb - CD coverOne of the most exciting announcements for us! We at IAP have worked tirelessly since Christmas to produce a children's worship CD which features all of the original children’s songs that we use in our Assembly Team and some from our productions! The album is called "Smiles are Superb" and was released on 30/01/12 on CD!

It's even on iTunes and other online music stores like Amazon.com!

CDs are available from IAP Office £10 each or £15 for 2 (prices differ online).

Check back soon when we will have more goodies for you to download like song words and chords! We’ll even put videos of us doing the song actions on YouTube!

GSET ROADSHOW

We are trialling the roadshow version of the production in 2 local schools using clips from the DVD with actors and props! We hope this will lead to more regular work in secondary schools!

Olympics - We are recycling our 2008 performance "The Shaping of Liverpool" and condensing it into a 20 minute, portable and weatherproof production to perform at various locations over the Olympic period, including YKids' Bootle Games on Wed 13th June and the Olympic Torch Relay on Fri 1st June. We will be using GIANT PUPPETS instead of live actors, these pictures (left) show the current design progress!

Video project - Over the years we have produced many short videos telling Bible stories in new and interesting ways including our "Chinnies" videos and recently as part of The Greatest Story Ever Told using computer graphics and silhouettes. We want to take this further by producing a collection of short videos telling more stories (the Bible is full of them!) aimed at a young audience. This could be for DVD or even YouTube, we're yet to decide!
